Networking is key in this world and especially in this business, Desmond Hardon a creative genius and kind spirit gave me the keys I needed to unlock and finesse NYFW differently this year. These set of keys came light and with simple instructions, but was just what I needed to unlock every door that appeared locked.

Francesa Liberatore Fall/Winter 2017 Runway collection was bold and very much alive and in your face, with perfectly styled looks and direct political expressions of art. Each garment carried a different statement some even spelled them out for us "freedom of speech, worship, want, fear and power'. A bit daring with a hint of political and undeniably chic. She demanded attention with every single piece of clothing and it's truth behind the message was dully noted.
Aside from Francesca 's hidden messages Velvet made quite the appearance in this collection along with turtleneck collars, powerful strips and long coats trimmed with Saga Furs and paired with Lavender velvet. (as seen below)
